About Your Home Inspector

You‘re not just buying a home inspection – you’re buying years of experience.

Meet Joshua Kreager, CPI

Our family “landed” in Northern Arizona soon after my wife and I both retired from the United States Air Force in 2019. After retirement, I found myself still compelled to serve. Copper Canyon Inspections was developed to do just that.  At Copper Canyon, service and community are at the forefront of everything we do.

I am an InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector CPI® and an InterNACHI® School graduate of the Home Inspector Certificate Program. All InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam every three years, follow a comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete 24 hours of accredited Continuing Education courses each year to maintain their membership and certifications in good standing.

I care! Choosing an inspector who genuinely cares is paramount to a successful home inspection experience. An inspector’s commitment goes beyond just identifying issues; it’s about ensuring clients fully understand the implications of their findings. When an inspector takes the time to educate, he/she empowers homeowners with the knowledge to make informed decisions. A caring inspector understands that a home is more than just a structure; it’s a significant investment and a place of future memories. By emphasizing education and genuine concern, Copper Canyon Inspections provides peace of mind, ensuring that clients are not just buying a house, but securing a safe and well-understood home for their families

From our family to yours, THANK YOU for entrusting Copper Canyon Inspections!
